Lunch Jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise and baked beans
Dinner Sweet chilli sausages with asparagus, tender stem broccoli and mashed potato
Snack Vanilla Rooibos tea with two caramel digestives
Tuesday
Breakfast Porridge with tropical fruit granola, fresh blueberries and strawberries
Lunch Moroccan chicken soup with toasted flat bread

Snack Greek style yoghurt with honey
Wednesday
Breakfast Greek yoghurt with tropical fruit granola, fresh blueberries and strawberries
Lunch Moroccan chicken soup with unbuttered wholemeal toast
Dinner Roast lamb with roast potatoes and roast sweet potato and vegetables
Snack Caramel and chocolate ice-cream
