I’ve been in one of those moods where I really want to go on a bit of a spree and buy lots of treats for me, Annabelle and the baby. I know I shouldn’t really as Belle (as we call her) grows so fast, we don’t know the baby’s gender yet and my body is going to change a lot over the next few months. I decided then to buy a few goodies that I can continue using throughout my pregnancy which I was so excited about that I thought I’d share them with you.
I couldn’t resist these Blush coloured Toms from Schuh. I love Toms because they’re so comfy and I currently live in my grey pair. This colour is perfect for Spring and Summer and I’m really looking forward to wearing them with my Capri trousers and pretty floral dresses which are in all the High Street shops at the moment. The other good thing about Toms, apart from being cute and comfy is that I find there is a bit of extra room for me when my feet grow during pregnancy. They’re not too lose on a normal day and they have a bit of give when my feet swell.
I’ve run out of day moisturiser, I was using Lancome Hydra Zen Neurocalm, and saw a free gift offer in Boots for Estée Lauder. If you buy two products you get a pretty blue makeup bag with mascara, moisturiser, quad eyeshadow set, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, Advanced Night Repair serum and nail varnish. I bought the DayWear Advanced Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant Creme which has SPF 15 and Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser which can also be used as a Purifying Mask twice a week. I was recommended these products as I have combination skin. I often have blemishes around my chin but a dry forehead and these products are supposed to be good for my skin. I’ll let you know how I get on with them.
As a sweet treat, I bought a bag of fizzy jellies from Hardy’s. Ssh, don’t tell Andy or he will nick them 😉
Have you bought any pregnancy treats for yourself or your loved ones this week? Or have you just had a non-pregnancy haul? Let me know what you’ve purchased. Bx
