I thought I would share a selection of the meals that Andy, Annabelle and I had over the Bank Holiday weekend instead of my usual My Monday Meals post, just to mix things up a bit. The second part will be from Sunday.

Saturday lunch

Graze Burger

We went to the Graze Bar, Brewery & Chophouse in Bath, on Saturday for lunch and I love this place. I really wanted a burger and their’s is a big fat juicy one! I was so full after. It came with a deep fried, battered pickle, chips, lettuce, tomato and onion. Andy had the same as me and Annabelle had fish goujons.

Fish goujons

Annabelle’s meal came with chips and peas, but we asked for beans as she is slightly obsessed with them. She is also a ketchup fiend and as soon as she got hold of the pot she started spoon-feeding herself the sauce! Yuck!! We also had a choice of a drink and ice-cream for her too.

What did you do this Bank Holiday weekend? Was it nice enough for a BBQ where you are? Stay tuned for part 2 and click on the link for more of My Monday Meals.

This lunch looks delicious. I am a big fan of chips and fries and the chips you had look good. I hope they were crispy and not soggy! I had fish and chips on Sunday. It was a huge serving that cost almost eleven dollars. But it left me very full and it was delicious. The chips never went cold even after half and hour. Of course I finished them all 🙂

It was soo good. The chips weren’t soggy thankfully. They were extremely filling. I didn’t finish everything!

I was very tempted to have fish and chips on Saturday but decided on the burger instead.

That’s good to hear. I don’t like it when my chips turn soggy after I’ve eaten a burger, wrap etc. that comes with them. I don’t know about you, but I eat most of my chips and fries at the end of meals.

Oh definitely. I’d hate to fill up on chips and leave my burger! Andy eats his chips first but he has a better appetite than me.
