I’m in London with my mum today and I forgot to bring my antiemetic tablets (for my morning sickness) hence why I have two breakfast posts!
A pain au chocolate which didn’t stay down so I had some porridge with semi-skimmed milk, blueberries and strawberries straight after, which I didn’t have a problem with. I drank a cup of Clipper’s Organic Decaf tea, also with semi-skimmed milk.
For lunch I ate a small ham salad sandwich as I was hungry by 11am! I find that I fill up quickly but that a couple of hours later I need to eat again. This sometimes means I have four smaller meals throughout the day.
A warm pork salad called Larb in Thailand with steamed rice. The salad is made with minced meat, lime juice, roasted ground rice and chilli. My mum made this for my uncle at lunch and as she liked it a lot, she made it for herself and me at dinner.
To cure my ice-cream craving I had a Magnum almond with milk chocolate. I also had some fresh mango, dried cranberries and Tyrrell’s sea salt and cider vinegar crisps during the day so I didn’t need another meal.
