Breakfast
Jordans Super Fruity Granola with Greek yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries and a drizzle of honey. I don’t often have this for breakfast as I tend to have cereal with semi-skimmed or toast but my husband had bought some Manuka honey recently and for some reason it made me crave this. Every morning I will heat Alpro soya milk in the microwave (as I don’t have an aeroccino) and add a large shot of Nespresso. Today I went for the Dulsão do Brasil which is one of my husband’s favourite flavours. I then had a cup of Clipper’s Organic Wild Berry herbal teas.
Lunch
As it is half term, Andy was off work and we had lunch in Mission Burrito, Bath. I chose a beef burrito with gucamole, sour cream and cheese. I’m not sure if you can tell from the photo, but it was pretty big and I couldn’t finish it all. My drink was a fizzy mandarin flavour Jarritos.
Dinner
Sorry about the picture quality. I was so hungry when I took this that I couldn’t wait to eat it! That’s why there aren’t that many carrots in the photo too. I had lamb with tenderstem broccoli, mangetout, green beans, boiled potatoes and gravy. Oh and the carrots of course!
Snack
An almond and apricot flavoured Eat Natural yoghurt bar with a cup of decaf PG Tips tea. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m trying to cut down on caffeine as I drink quite a lot. I decided to buy a pack of decaf tea as a few of my friends are pregnant so I knew that it would get used before it started to lose it’s freshness.
