Breakfast
I love New York Bakery cinnamon and raisin bagels which I smother in Philadelphia cheese. To drink, I had the Vanillio Nespresso with hot soya milk and a Clipper’s Organic Earl Grey tea with skimmed milk. Not a particularly healthy breakfast but it helped to get me going.
Lunch
I’m addicted to Twinings Cranberry and Blood Orange herbal tea at the moment so when I saw this ham at Sainsbury’s with Valencia Orange and Cranberry topping, I was sold! To go with it, there were quite a few cold deli style elements: feta cheese, olives, coleslaw, German smoked cheese, cucumber, tomato and two slices of Hovis Best of Both bread.
Dinner
I made a Thai stir-fry. It was chicken with cashew nuts and steamed rice. Annabelle tried some but didn’t enjoy it. She had some rice, carrot and the smallest piece of chicken.
Snack
I love dark chocolate digestives! I had this with my second cup of Twinings Cranberry and Blood Orange herbal tea for the day. I sweetened this one with half a teaspoon of local honey.
