What I Got For Christmas 2024

I was very lucky this Christmas to receive such kind gifts from family and friends. I’m not going to share them all as there are a couple of pairs of gloves, gin, chocolates and yummy biscuits but I thought I’d select a few to show you.

Oliver Bonas star bracelet

I was given a star chain bracelet from Oliver Bonas after my double coin bracelet broke. Andy is going to try to fix it for me when he is back at work in the New Year. I like how sturdy this one is whilst still looking dainty. I find that I need this style as my wrists are so slender.

Ouai hair care set

This smells divine and leaves my hair so soft. I don’t use a lot of rinse out conditioners as I tend to prefer the leave in options. I might look at purchasing the regular Ouai shampoo when I run out of the Color Wow one I am using currently.

Tatcha Dewy Cleanse + Hydrate

I was sad as I used the moisturiser in this set once and it went missing when we changed hotel rooms. Luckily, it appeared in Andy’s wash bag… mmm not sure how that could’ve happened. They are both the perfect size for travelling and you only need a really small amount so they should last a long time. The scent is subtle and the moisturiser has a light-weight texture.

Crocs in shade mushroom

I’m not normally a Crocs fan but I saw these in the Black Friday sale and then Andy bought them for me. My favourite footwear is always shoes that can slip off quickly as we don’t wear shoes in the house. This was especially handy in Cornwall as it made leaving the house a lot quicker and meant we don’t bottleneck our in-laws entrance hall.

I was also grateful to receive:

  • A Super Dry jumper
  • Embellished t-shirt for work/evening out
  • Patsy (a book by Nicole Dennis-Benn)
  • Baklava

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Bx
