2025 Wish List

In 2025, my plan is to buy less. Although I don’t spend a huge amount on myself, I feel like I could be more frugal. I don’t need anything at the moment except for a few basic t-shirts but there are a few things I would like:

Sezane Trench Coat (pictured left)

I just love the Sezane Trench coat. It looks gorgeous but at £275, I feel like I’d have to do several low spend months before I could buy it. I have seen a similar long length jacket at M&S that they call a ‘car coat’. This is £200 cheaper! It even has a similar checked print inside. It is currently very cold here in the UK and as I’m not in a rush to buy either, I will wait a while before making any decisions.

    Wish list:

    1. A new Kindle Paperwhite (as Annabelle takes mine to school.)
    2. A Balenciaga card holder with coin purse
    3. Adanola grey knitted sweatshirt
    4. Mint Velvet knotted handbag
    5. Red Adidas Gazelles
    6. Adanola blue sweatshirt

I have chosen six things that I would like to buy next year. I could probably buy the Adanola sweats and Gazelle trainers in the first few months and depending on how good I am at sticking to the low spend year. I would save up for the Balenciaga purse, Kindle Paperwhite and a trench coat.

When looking at clothes and accessories, I have looked for ‘gaps’ in my wardrobe or for items that compliment what I already have. I bought the Adanola sweatpants that match the blue sweatshirt recently. In the past I probably would’ve bought them both at the same time as I would stress that the sweater would sell out. I’m trying to stress less and have the attitude that if they do, then at least I own clothes that match already.

I have never bought red trainers but I think they will go perfectly with the grey knitted sweat and trench coat. I also think it would look really cute with the Mint Velvet bag and my favourite Levis 90s jeans that I bought in 2023 and wear all the time.

Do you have anything on your wish list and have you ever tried a low/no spend year? Bx
