About Me
Growing up in London, I spent my weekends and school holidays helping my Thai mother and Irish father in our family-run cookery school, restaurants and cafes. I started experimenting with food from a young age and have recently begun combining the best of Thai and English cuisine. Some of the dishes I have made include red curry cottage pie, lemongrass chicken escalope and another lemongrass infused dish, Thai sausage rolls.
As a mother of a very active toddler, I don’t have much time to cross stitch but I’m currently working on a birth sampler.
