Breakfast
Multigrain Rice Krispies with semi-skimmed milk and fresh blueberries and raspberries. We ran out of my cereal and so I had to have some of Annabelle’s. When I bought the Rice Krispies, I didn’t realise that it was sweetened. Annabelle only has it as a treat every now and again as I don’t really like her to eat sugary cereals. She likes it dry without milk. I drank a cup of Sainsbury’s Fairtrade tea with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch
A cheddar cheese, sausage, red pepper and sweet corn omelette with olives, tomato and feta cheese side salad. Well, I say it was an omelette but our pan isn’t very ‘non-stick’ any more. It’s about 10 years old (no joke) and I really need to get rid of it. I had a few different leaves including rocket.
Dinner
Andy and I shared a Pizza Express Chicken and Pesto pizza. I left it in the oven for a bit too long as I was distracted by Andy and Annabelle working out to a fitness video on the Xbox. It was very amusing! I also had the same side salad as lunchtime.
Snack
I over spent by quite a bit in Sainsbury’s today and bought two tubs of Häagen-Dazs Secret Sensations ice-cream, the Tiramisu and Crème Brûlée. I had a couple of tablespoons of this for dessert after supper and a vanilla custard doughnut and nectarine after my lunch.

Häagen-Dazs ice-cream! Yum. It is so easy to spend a lot of food when we’re working and don’t pack food from home 😀 So much more choice of food outside. Lately the ice-creams I’ve been eating tend to melt very fast, don’t know why and it’s winter here. Yours looks rock solid!
It wasn’t that solid tbh. Our freezer is old and not amazing, especially if it’s a bit full. The ice cream was yummy! I’m not sure which I prefer out of the two flavours. Maybe the Tiramisu.
Yummy! 🙂
Ha ha, yes. The ice-cream especially 🙂
It looked delicious! 🙂
